He and his team are responsible for thought leadership with a focus on our technology strategy. Hriday is currently leading the charge on creating a digital native business for BT.
Hriday is passionate about exploiting emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning, deep analytics and robotic process automation. His success in this field has come from a practical approach that uses technology innovation as a tool for business transformation, driving measurable business outcomes as well as future step change. He is recognised as one of the youngest CTIOs in the industry as well as in the history of BT.
Hriday has more than a decade of experience in telecoms managed services, outsourcing, transition and transformation. He has global experience in complex IT transformation, strategy, global sourcing, OSS/BSS implementation and business improvement. He also has a proven track record of technology delivery and service transformation that includes a variety of Fortune 500 companies and other high profile organisations.
Hriday has an MSc in Artificial Intelligence from University of Edinburgh and also an MSc in Major Programs from Oxford University.
